Chicken salad


Ingredients


100g chicken breast

Turmeric 1/4 tea spoon

Small onion (chopped)

Salt and pepper

Cinnamon 1/6 tea spoon

Olive oil

Saffron a pinch



Instruction


Add few drops of olive oil to the pan 

Add onions and stir until golden
Add turmeric stir for 30 Sec
Add cinnamon
Add chicken breast and stir
Add a pinch of Saffron
Add some boiled water cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes
Prepare you salad and add your favourite ingredients

Once chicken is cooked and the water is reduced cut them into small pieces and there you have it


 



Pan-fried sea-bass with rice and vegetable

Ingredients

Half a Sea-bass
2 medium Cloves of garlic
Dried dill
Butter
Salt and pepper
Green vegetable such as green beans and broccoli
Rice

Instruction

Marinate your Sea-bass fish with a Saffron and dill
Heat the pan and add butter
Crush the garlic and add to the pan
Place the fish in the pan and on medium heat cook for 10 minutes
Cook green beans for 2 minutes. Cook your rice separately and enjoy.
